Authentic, freshly grilled Bratwursts in buns with all the extras. We love German sausages and we want to share that joy with you.
Choose a high-quality, delicious and freshly cooked sizzling sausage and choose tasty trimmings and toppings. Keep it simple or go for the full house of fillings. Choose our traditional pork Bratwurst or go vegan. Add fried onions, Sauerkraut, pickled red cabbage, crispy onions, genuine German pickles and all the sauces…And don’t forget our curry sauce on our Currywurst!

Our story
We love sausages! Oh stop! We’re talking German Bratwurst sausages here, topped with all the tastiest toppings and sauces you could ever dream of. And we call ourselves The Bratman.
Since 2013 Pat and the team from our street food catering company Sarum Event Catering have been out on the road. It all started because of our love of fresh, funky and delicious Bratwursts. And boy, they are popular!
You’ll find us at festivals, parties, events, weddings and corporate bashes across the country throughout the year.
